Conrad Yen is a partner at Strategex Group Chartered Accountants specializing in the area of Canadian and U.S. tax. His previous experience at one of the big four firms and at a local Chartered Accounting firm has allowed Conrad to provide his clients with comprehensive tax services and advice. His knowledge of both Canadian and U.S. tax has proved to be a tremendous help for his clients.

Prior to founding Strategex Group Chartered Accountants, Conrad spent a number of years working at one of the big four firms specializing in U.S. and Cross Border taxation. During that time he researched and implemented a number of tax advantaged cross border financing strategies, intellectual property migration strategies, U.S. and Canadian reorganizations to minimize the effective tax rate on profits repatriated to the shareholders, and assisted his clients expanding into the U.S. His experience also includes taking care of his client’s U.S. and Canadian income tax compliance matters.

Conrad works with a broad range of clients from small business owners to large international corporations. His depth of knowledge, client service, and responsiveness has proved to be one of the key factors of his client’s satisfaction.

Lakh Multani is a partner at Strategex Group Chartered Accountants specializing in the area of Canadian and International tax.

Prior to founding Strategex Group Chartered Accountants, Lakh worked with the Tax and Legal Services department of an internationally recognized accounting firm. During this time, Lakh advised large and medium sized businesses on how to reduce their overall effective income tax rates, assisted clients in the maximizing proceeds from divestitures of their businesses, assisted clients in conducting due diligence reviews of potential acquisitions, and worked with clients to ensure that their income tax compliance requirements were met in a timely fashion and were technically correct. Lakh’s sense of client service and responsibility ensures that all client matters are completed, meeting or exceeding client expectations. During this time, Lakh gained valuable experience in a wide array of industries such as real estate development and property management, technology, film and entertainment, and manufacturing.
